JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities include providing quality nursing care in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nursing practice. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with clinical, operational and administrative teams to deliver quality care, develop and coach others as needed
- Serve as resident advocate
- Provide routine and open communications among residents, patients, families and staff partners
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently
- Create positive resident outcomes
- Assure residents and all are treated with respect, dignity and care
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times
- Help create a culture of superior customer service that exemplifies effective team building and mentorship
