The Requirements We Look for in a Client Service Associate:
- 0-3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants or similar industry preferred
- High school diploma and/or GED is a must
- Exhibits professionalism, reliability, and compassion at all times
- Excellent collaboration skills and willingness to contribute new ideas
- Able to learn new technologies quickly and uses their time efficiently
- Superb relationship building skills with an outgoing and charming personality
Daily Responsibilities as a Client Service Associate:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills through active listening, understanding the customer’s needs, and identifying actions
- Provide exceptional customer care in a fast-paced environment given support to families and community members
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clients, consumers, and fellow team members
- Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
- Establish positive, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
