With a supportive and collaborative work environment, we are expanding our sales team and seeking Door-to-Door Sales Reps to join us full-time. Job Summary:
As a D2D - B2B - Start tech, you will generate new business and increase sales for our pest control company. Your primary focus will be targeting residential areas in the Cincinnati-Dayton Metro area. We are seeking someone with good work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct D2D - B2B- sales in Cincinnati, OH to acquire new customers.
- Complete Initial service on all new accounts sold.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Present our pest control services, highlighting the benefits to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using our company app.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer service minding from start to finnish.
- Exceptional communicator with ability to think on your toes.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Resides in Cincinnati-Dayton- or Northern Kentucky area.

Salary: $36,000.00 - $100,000 plus per year
