Appalachian Underwriters, Inc is hiring for an Account Analyst to join our Reliance Risk Solutions division. This role can be located at either our Atlanta, GA office, Burlington, NC office, St. Louis, MO office, or Oak Ridge, TN office. Prior insurance experience required. This role will help you with personal growth and promotions within the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Primary contact for our agency partners to collaborate of the risk transfer needs of current mutual clients.
· Assist agents with locating insurance policies for high-value property and items.
· Work directly with Technical Endorsements and Renewals.
· Focus on solution-oriented teamwork. You will work with all positions within Reliance Risk Solutions.
· Communicate with Underwriting and Operations on a regular basis.

Knowledge/Skills:
· Experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance industry or Legal industry highly preferred or specific bachelor’s degree (detailed below).
· Prior experience working with ImageRight, and MGA systems is preferred.
· Microsoft Office Suite.
· Collaboration.
· Keen eye for details.
· Smart, strategic, thoughtful, and targeted questions to gain information.
Education:
· High School Diploma required.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management/Insurance will replace prior experience.
Compensation:
· $42,000 to $50,000 plus bonuses.
