Job Description:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at All Together Education, you will provide specialized one-on-one services to children with developmental delays, focusing on speech and feeding milestones. This role involves active engagement with families, educating them to reinforce therapy strategies and ensuring consistent progress. You will have the autonomy to create your schedule and define your workload, aligning with your professional and personal life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized speech-language interventions for children aged 0-3, addressing developmental challenges.
- Work collaboratively with families, care coordinators, and other service providers to deliver comprehensive support.
- Guide and support parents and caregivers, ensuring effective carryover of therapeutic practices.
- Efficiently manage caseloads, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with the All Together Education team.
Flexibility:
- Design your own schedule and caseload, reflecting your availability and preferences.
- Flexibility to work in various settings, including after-school and weekend sessions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in New York State.
- Experience with children aged 0-5 years, ideally within an early intervention context.
- Independent caseload management, timely documentation, and strong communication skills.
- DOH approval preferred, but not mandatory.
