Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing support and handling customer inquiries with effective responses, and will communicate trending inquiries internally for further analysis.
Respond to and resolve product or service problems that customers are experiencing.
- Retain customers by providing well-written and effective responses, answering questions, while providing suggestions.
- Work effectively and efficiently across a variety of communication channels, including Shopify, Email, Live Chat, Text and Phone.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly and strategically respond to customer complaints as well as maintaining customer records.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently, providing optimal service and thoughtful responses.
- Meet individual metrics for customer satisfaction, ticket volume.
- Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary and KPIs, if any.
- Refer issues and questions to managers as needed.
- Various other duties, projects and responsibilities may fall under this role on an as needed basis.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 1+ year(s) experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge of applicable products and markets.
- Prior experience using support software and platforms including Shopify, Loop Returns, and Gorgias. Experience in AX or similar ERP is a plus.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable and attentive. Positive, collaborative, hands-on and energetic attitude.
- Keen eye for details, organization, and critical thinking.
Hybrid Position
Compensation: $23/hr - $24/hr
