You will be responsible for selecting, scheduling, and coordinating caregivers for new and existing clients – seniors who prefer to stay in their homes. You will be given an opportunity to juggle multiple client and caregiver needs while maneuvering sudden changes of direction. You will coordinate all logistics with caregivers, clients, clients’ families, field nurses, and office staff.

Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume home care staffing/coordination position
- Professional experience in the field of customer service
- Team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using MS Office applications
- Excellent problem solving abilities are a requirement, scheduling will require creative solutions
