As a Call Center Manager you must be a go-getter who knows how to BUILD REPS TO BE SUCCESSFUL in a challenging environment. The outbound call center supervisor must have the ability to multi-task and run a call center floor of 15-25 representatives with a positive, high energy attitude. You will be a part of a team that is vital to our company and interact with several departments within the organization as well as work directly with our clients.
