Minimum Req
- At least 5 years working in field

Oversees
- Direct service staff
- Client programming
Clinical
- Conduct assessment and reassessment (progress reports) in requested time-line
- Demonstrate skills outlined in the Supervisory Skill Set guide
- Maintain Standardized Assessment tool for each client; updated at least every 6 months
- Develop and maintain client Central Reach Learning Trees for caseload
- Receive clinical input for programming from Clinical Director
- Engage in BST model to teach skills to staff; provide direct feedback to staff using
- Ensure staff is collecting data by checking learning trees on a daily basis
- Provide at least 5% supervision to Behavior Specialists per month
- Carry out parent training curriculum for Parent Training requests by funders (individual or group)
- Conduct RBT competencies when needed
- Participate in Monthly Behavior Forums with the clinical team to share case studies, review research articles, ACT activities, etc.
Administrative
Input 40 hours work week; billable and admin time in Central Reach
- Assist with New Staff Orientation training and ongoing trainings
- Attend monthly department meetings
- Attend Clinical Forums monthly in person
- Attend monthly “check in’s” with Clinical Director
- Maintain necessary credentials
- Give input to Staff Report Cards
- Complete Special Incident Report’s per TOTAL Programs policy
- Return phone, email, and text communication to office, parents, staff, regional center, etc. within 2 hours of communication or immediately after clinical session (during work hours 8:00am-6:00pm M-F and/or according to CR schedule)
- Comply with TOTAL policy for time off requests
- Provide training and counseling; engage in teaching techniques such as modeling and feedback for staff (and parent for BI); Carry out appropriate counseling skills when interacting with parents and staff
Billable Hour Responsibilities
- 100 hours per month of billable; 110 hours scheduled
- At least 80% of billable hours must be supervision hours
Skills Necessary
- Skilled in navigating Central Reach Practice Management; CR Institute, and CR Mobile (will be provided training)
- Continue growth in Person Centered Planning and Cultural Humility
- Maintain client and staff confidentiality in accordance with the guidelines for responsible conduct, TOTAL Programs policy, and pertinent legal regulations
- Stay within professional boundaries
- Fluent skill in report writing and graphing using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluent skill in report writing and graphing using Google Doc and Sheet
- Leadership skills ; Clear communication skills ; Teamwork skills
- Able to take feedback and constructive criticism
