LoDo Massage Studios are rapidly growing, locally owned, massage & private yoga studios with 2 locations in Denver. We seek to provide the best therapeutic services experience in the Mile High City as well as creating a work space that is welcoming to employees and clients of all backgrounds.
We are seeking new team members to rock our front desk/receptionist positions at our locations! The perfect candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, creative problem solver, very friendly, customer service oriented, and preferably has some spa/wellness studio experience, though that is not required as we are happy to bring the right person up to speed with this industry.

Your responsibilities would include:
+ Client Interactions- checking clients in and out, making them feel at home and helping to make their experience in the studio positive, warm, and therapeutic. Strong soft skills are important.
+ Studio Operations - answering phones, booking appointments, working with Booker software.
+ Studio Maintenance - general cleaning, laundry, and upkeep.
+ Administrative Tasks - recording client information, organizing materials, keeping track of supplies
+ Communication - strong and consistent communication with all our contracted LMTs
