We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Computer Skills, Excel, and QuickBooks Desktop, able to proofread and file documents, and provide administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Provide customer support as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in Computer work, Excel and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
