What You’ll Do
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and utilization among multi-location and franchise merchants utilizing our card attached installment payment solution that’s revolutionizing the BNPL industry. You will work closely with our franchise clients to understand their needs and provide them with the support they need to achieve their goals. This role will report directly to the head of Client Success. This role will own:
- Account Development Strategy - Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base among multi-location and franchise merchants.
- Sales / Pull Through - Create compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and challenges of multi-location and franchise merchants. Skilled in identifying expansion opportunities and forging connections with franchise owners to drive sales growth.
- Adoption Goals - Set and achieve product utilization goals, tracking progress and implementing adjustments as needed.Drive product adoption by educating merchants on the benefits of our installment payment solution and how it can enhance their business operations.
- Onboarding and training - Conduct training sessions for merchants on how to effectively use our installment payment solution, both in-person and remotely.
- Partnership on Digital Marketing and promotion - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns, digital marketing efforts and materials to support customer expansion and product adoption efforts.
Who You Are
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer expansion, or account management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving customer success and product adoption
- Located in Atlanta and open to working from the office 3-4 days/week
Nice to have:
- Strong understanding of multi-location and franchise business models and their unique challenges and opportunities
- Experience in the fintech or payments industry
