Title: Branch Manager
Reports To: Regional Manager
Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the sales operations of an assigned branch location with the ultimate goal of increasing profitability of the assigned branch territory. They will have oversight of general branch operations and responsibility of recruiting, developing, and retaining staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales activity and management procedures to implement and achieve strategic business plan and marketing initiatives
- Assist with the development of workflows, procedures, and policies affecting staff; monitor implementation to ensure high-quality service and compliance with company standards
- Hold responsibility for the overall hiring, training/developing, and supervising of branch staff for the purpose of achieving company goals and objectives
- Evaluate conditions of local market and determine new opportunities for sales
- Promote safe working conditions and monitor employees to ensure safe operation of delivery fleet and equipment within the warehouse
- Develop product line sales and achieve quotas
- Review daily booking, shipping, and profit reports
- Enforce ISO policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Manage employee and customer satisfaction issues on time
- Maintain sales and profit quotas
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Ability to work with customers, motivate employees and work with internal departments to achieve desired results
- Ability to work with sales and management teams to achieve results and productivity goals
- Demonstrate an understanding of business operations including accounting, credit, ‘product support and sales functions
- Good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with current software, methods, tools, and equipment (including technology) used in distribution operations
- Proficient computer skills; MS Office Suite
- Great decision-making skills and outstanding customer service skills
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent branch management experience
- Experience with fasteners and electronic hardware a significant plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
