The position reports to the CEO of the system and involved travel between the hospitals.

To qualify, we must have candidates with a bachelor's degree
and five years of progressive HR hospital / clinical experience, including leadership level roles.
We are also looking for multi-site experience.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department.
.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.

As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-quality employees
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR best practices
.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize data analysis skills to make informed decisions and drive HR metrics
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital / clinical human resources management leadership role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital / clinical human resources.

- Proven experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Dayforce, Paylocity, or Taleo
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle complex HR issues
.
- Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices
- Experience in payroll processing and understanding of payroll systems
- Ability to analyze data to drive HR decision-making processes
