Audit Senior
We are looking for an Audit Senior to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of providing quality assurance and financial services to clients. The Audit Senior will lead audits, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with not-for-profit, government, GAAP, audit, healthcare, and manufacturing accounting expertise.
Position Overview: The Audit Senior reviews audits, manages client relationships, and collaborates with internal teams. This position is responsible for completing accurate, timely, and efficient audits and ensuring that audit plans are executed and meet all relevant standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute audits that meet all relevant standards and expectations of clients

Manage client relationships and provide guidance and assistance to junior staff

Develop and maintain audit plans and programs

Identify and recommend audit adjustments and other opportunities to improve processes and internal controls

Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and other stakeholders as required

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality of audits

Remain current with regulatory and industry changes
Qualifications:
-
CPA designation is required
-
3+ years of experience in audit, with experience in not-for-profit, government, GAAP, audit, healthcare, and manufacturing accounting

Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
