Working to deliver the company’s Meet The Boss roundtable events, the Event Management/Customer Success department is responsible for the logistical delivery of the product’s global campaign portfolio of events and subsequent client experiences – building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally, that contribute to the growth of the business. The role is accountable to the logistical delivery of multiple active roundtable campaigns from setup to completion, for a range of B2B multinational companies.
Specifically, your job is to act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the duration of their campaign, controlling the movement of intelligence, assets and results into and out of the business. As a primary point of contact, there is a strategic focus on delivering a superior client experience, by working with a variety of stakeholders – both internally and externally – to ensure aligned communications that deliver on insight and value.

- Although Meet the Boss delivers Live events across the globe, this role will incorporate domestic travel only across the US

Real commercial background in client services or customer success.
- 2-3 years’ experience supporting the delivery of corporate events attended by senior attendees
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Inquisitive and creative: A natural ability to explore and deconstruct requirements to understand client needs and build new foundations for success
- Self-motivated: Working in a reactive environment with multiple campaign and client requirements, time management and prioritization is vital
- Outstanding organizational ability, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns under pressure and within tight time frames
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build relationships with key clients and networks, both internally and externally
- The capacity to turn complex needs into effective and simple outputs
