Our basic philosophy is that every adult with a developmental disability should have the opportunity to live in a neighborhood-based home. People with mild to moderate behaviors and the need for assistance in completing daily skills can thrive through the implementation of individually designed programs by well trained staff.

Duties
Encourage clients to improve independent living skills through teaching and assisting with daily living.
Examples include but are not limited to medication assistance, daily hygiene skills, bathing, toileting, medical appointments, preparing meals, light cleaning, enrichment activities, community outings etc.

- Pay: Hourly rate starting at $20.00 depending on experience
- Time Off: Paid sick time of 5 days (40 hours) per year + 1 paid day off (8 hours) during your birthday month

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a clean driving record and background history. (Livescan clearance with DOJ is mandatory)
- Must have a car, valid CA DL, auto registration and auto insurance.
- Current TB test/Physical, First Aid/CPR Certifications (able to be obtained upon hire)
- Prior experience with Developmentally Disabled or caregiving (preferred)
