What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager - Automation. You will play a critical role in ensuring Tesla's supply chain is efficient, resilient, and scalable. Your expertise in electronic manufacturing systems, automation line concepts, and CAPEX sourcing will be vital to our success.
What You’ll Do

Develop, implement, and optimize electronic manufacturing systems to enhance production efficiency

Lead the design, installation, and continuous improvement of automation lines to meet production and quality targets

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing systems and automation lines, ensuring minimal downtime

Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships

Develop and execute strategies for cost-effective sourcing and supply chain management
-
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials
-
Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for CAPEX projects and ensure budget compliance
What You’ll Bring

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing systems, automation, and supply chain management

Proven track record in CAPEX sourcing and supplier relationship management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for manufacturing and supply chain management

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $264,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
