The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
· Completing daily Administrative Duties as assigned
- Scheduling of clients - create & maintain schedules for staff and clients, find staff coverage/process call-out
- Provide Administrative Support to Clinical Supervisors & Administrative Team
- Assist with Billing auditing
- Coordinate Building Maintenance
- Submitting reports to Clinical Administrator as assigned
- Assisting with the hiring of new employees
- Inventory and Stocking of Supplies
- Maintain tidiness of Office
- Communicate with parents and staff
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel
- Outstanding customer service skills as you will be working with multiple staff, parents, professionals, and children with special needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate Degree and a minimum of 1-year Office Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently on tasks
- FBI/DOJ background check
- Negative TB Test.
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift/carry 20 lbs
- Must be able to push/pull 35 lbs
Pay Range for position: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
The salary range is the range ABC, Inc., in good faith, believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
