About the Role:
As a Property Acquisitions Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our acquisition process, playing a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential investment properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Property Inspections: Conduct thorough walk-throughs of potential properties, assess their condition, and evaluate their overall soundness and potential for renovation.
- Lead Generation: Seek out new property opportunities through various channels, including networking, online research, and relationship building.
- Lead Follow-Up: Ensure consistent follow-up with all leads to maintain a robust pipeline of potential properties. No opportunity should slip through the cracks.

Requirements:
- Location: This position covers the greater Salt Lake City area. Candidates must provide their own transportation. Remote and on-location at properties.
- Personal Equipment: You will need to provide your own computer, high-speed internet and cell phone to effectively perform your job duties.
