Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally through spoken, written, virtual, and face-to-face interactions.
- Greet potential customers, discover their needs, financially qualify them, and offer tailored solutions.
- Share S&A Homes' value proposition, product vision, and capabilities with potential customers.
- Understand customer goals and challenges, positioning S&A Homes as the ideal solution.
- Prospect and network to drive traffic and exceed sales and satisfaction goals.
- Consistently follow up with leads.
- Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and explain blueprints and legal contracts clearly.
- Ensure accurate documentation from purchase through loan, options, construction, and settlement.
- Maintain, update, and expand the CRM database of prospects.
- Show a strong desire to become a "Genuine Sales Professional."
Requirements:
- Obtain and maintain a PA Builder/Owner Real Estate License.
- 2+ years in new home sales, real estate, business-to-business, or consultative sales is preferred.
- Excellent prospecting skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Comfort with technology, including CRM databases, Microsoft products, Google Sheets/Documents, and various desktop and mobile apps.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter capable of working independently.
- Available to work weekends.
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel within South Central PA between our various communities.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivation and drive.
