Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Agent with a background in P&C Insurance account management and operations to join our team. As a Customer Success Agent focused on onboarding virtual assistants from the Philippines, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and achieve their business goals through the effective utilization of our virtual assistant services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
- Collaborate with our sales and recruitment teams to understand the specific needs of insurance agency owners.
- Create SOPS and Checklists for the VAs based off of client assigned duties.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including training, orientation, and integration of virtual assistants into the clients' workflows.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their contract and accounting inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of virtual assistants through regular quality assessments and feedback sessions.
- Work with virtual assistants to improve their skills and ensure they meet client expectations.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the value our virtual assistants bring to clients.
Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges faced by clients or virtual assistants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and ensure client success.
Product and Service Enhancement:
- Gather feedback from clients and communicate their needs to the product development team for service improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our virtual assistant offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly insurance agency operations, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
