Role: Full Commission Sales Person

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring new clients within the executive search and recruitment sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and industries.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the recruitment, talent management, or professional services industry.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM systems, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attributes: Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, high level of professionalism, and ethical conduct in all sales activities.
- Daily Activities: Averaging a minimum 50 outbound B2B calls daily, aiming for quality conversations and meeting sales and KPI goals.
