QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduate/College Grad/Coursework Preferred
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Very proficient in internet-based systems, such as Google Apps, Gmail, etc.
- Computer proficiency must be excellent, along with the ability to learn new software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team in a positive and professional manner
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients from both the United States and overseas with insurance requests.
- Process insurance applications.
- Assist sales team with client onboarding.
- Receiving clients, appointment scheduling and answering phones.
- This position does NOT require doing inbound/outbound calls or any type of sales duties.
