* Escorts patients to and from exam rooms and other treatment areas, as appropriate.
* Records patient data prior to each physician visit, including but not limited to vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication updates.
* Obtains all necessary patient records as required by physician and verifies presence of consent prior to treatment or procedures.
* Prepares, stocks exam rooms and orders supplies as needed
* Assist physician with exams and procedures as requested.
* Assist Physician with catheter changes/placements , bladder scans,, BCG chemotherapy treatments along with assisting with in office procedures such as prostate biopsy, cystoscopy, vasectomy and other Urological based procedures
* Administers subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.
* Answers patient telephone calls, patient triage, pharmacy refills as directed by the physician.
* Schedule patients for testing, procedures, hospital admissions, and follow up appointments
* Arrange for prior authorizations for medications, and radiology studies as needed.
* Performs other office administrative duties, ie, typing, filing, faxing and reception as requested by supervisor or physician.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
