Duties:
- Conduct data entry and analysis for employee benefits programs
- Utilize Paylocity systems for benefits administration
- Handle accounts payable related to benefits invoices
- Assist in payroll management with a focus on benefits deductions and tax implications
- Familiarity with financial concepts related to employee benefits
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefit information
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Strong understanding of payroll management and tax implications
- Familiarity with financial concepts related to employee benefits
- Previous experience as a benefits clerk is a plus
