To work with a very stable and famous corporation in the business of the construction, located in Deerfield Beach (Corporate offices), our client is looking for several Dispatchers/Customer Service, preferable bilingual (English and Spanish)
Scheduled is Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
Pay rate: $21 /hour.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Successfully complete training in concrete manufacturing and customer service (provided).
- Comply with all company’s Safety Policies, attend department and site safety meetings, and participate in safety committees and programs (Near miss reporting, STAs, Workplace Exams, Pre-Shift Inspections, etc.)
- Responsible for order taking, scheduling, dispatching, and customer relations.
- Maintain efficient delivery controls through proper scheduling and accurate order entry into the dispatch system.·
- Monitor external factors such as weather and traffic to ensure optimized routing of resources.
- Resolve transportation conflicts and handle unusual and difficult customer complaints.
- Provide customer support to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Employ problem-solving techniques to resolve complex issues.
- Develop professional criteria of when to engage other parties.
- Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills with customers and other departments.
- Able to work in a team setting and achieve team and company goals.
- Able to multi-task and complete daily workload in a timely fashion.
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers and outside agencies’ personnel.
- Works safely with a sense of urgency.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- Must have an associate degree or concrete dispatch experience.
- Safety focused and able to participate in safety-centered work culture.
- Logistics experience of moving products from Point A to Point B and 1-3 years of experience in a Dispatch Call-Center is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with professional decorum over the phone, as well as written.

- Strong mathematical skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
- Problem Solving, Decision-Making, and Critical-Thinking skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to stay organized and work independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong time management and strong organizational skills are required.
- Experience with Final Mile is a plus.
- Minimal travel when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to speak, read and write English and Spanish.
- Able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and be able to lift 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
