RN / LPN Position Details:

- Unrestricted Washington RN License OR Compact License
- RN Experience (6 months + required; 1 year preferred)
- CPR (BLS) Card from the American Heart Association
- Negative TB Test from within the past year
- Up to date Immunizations
- Ability to pass background check
