We are currently looking for responsible, friendly, and skilled Sales Support Reps to work on our rapidly growing Customer Service Team. You will be focusing mostly on in-bound phone calls and emails, out-bound contact is generally only needed on follow-up tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting our customers in product education, pricing, and order status through inbound calls, web chat, and both inbound and outbound emails.

Supporting customers in problem resolution by gathering details and coordinating solutions.

Entering requests for Samples, Digital Mockups, and Pricing into our main operating system.

Assisting the team achieve sales goals by promoting current specials when interaction with customers.

Developing relationships with customers to increase sales.

Providing a top-level customer experience to both internal and external customers.

Additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience/ Education and Training Requirements

1+ years' Customer Service Experience.
