We are looking for a Front Desk/Client Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, progress check-ins, member sign-ups and all administrative tasks related to the front desk position. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to multitask and prioritize, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check out members using our POS system
- Sign up trials
- Provide guests with information about the facility and its services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Handle customer questions, complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of facility services, amenities, and memberships.
- Additional Responsibilities as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
