Lotus Bloom Psychology is a busy and growing private practice. We specialize in diagnosing and supporting people with ADHD and Autism. We also treat co-occurring conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, substance use, family conflict, trauma, grief, and education-related stress or work-related stress. We work with a diverse population of clients across the lifespan.
We currently provide diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family support. We offer focused neuropsychological assessments that aid our differential diagnosis process. Our clinicians come from a variety of training backgrounds and use dynamic, feminist, relational, cognitive, and strength-based approaches. We implement interventions informed by theory and research. We practice mindfulness techniques and teach executive functioning skills. Our goals are to improve relationships and empower families.
Our founder, Dr. Ashley Houchin, believes in the power of community and continuously works to build a dynamic network of professionals, from a range of services, to support our clients. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees within the practice and we are actively seeking clinicians of diverse backgrounds to develop our team. Clinicians who value learning, growth, creativity, open communication, and collaboration with team members will be a good fit.
Position: Post-Doc or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Lotus Bloom Psychology is seeking to hire a post-doctoral fellow, or a licensed clinical psychologist to conduct neuro-psychological evaluations at our practice. We are currently scheduled several months in advance for testing cases and are looking to hire for this position to August 20, 2024
Our position offers flexible hours, as well as both virtual and in-person work. We are seeking a full-time clinician to conduct neuropsychological evaluations for individuals across the lifespan. We assess clients as young as 6-years old, but mostly assess clients who are 12-years and older. Assessment-focused clinicians are allowed to carry a therapy caseload if they desire to do so; however, the majority of their time is spent conducting assessments.
