Job Summary:
This is a specialty women's health practice in which we evalaute bladder, bowel, and sexual impairments. We treat men and women who suffer from pelvic floor dysfunctions. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain after an injury or illness. You will utilize your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to create personalized treatment plans and provide exceptional patient care.
Duties:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and medical histories
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and trigger point therapy
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their recovery at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred
- Specialization in pediatrics is a plus
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Experience:
- Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Physical Therapist License (Required)
