Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register patients collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their appointment)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and alert staff of their arrival
- Provide information about our spa, available treatments, products and events
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Retail, Food and Beverage or similar role
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
