Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Maintain files and records, both electronic and physical
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide front desk support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience working in a dental receptionist or healthcare setting is a plus
