About the Role:
As the Business Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our core business systems. You'll be a technical expert with a passion for golf, overseeing the integration and optimization of our CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), data integration platform (Boomi), and a wide range of connected software.
Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Club Champion's Salesforce instance, ensuring efficient data capture, reporting, and automation of sales and customer service processes.

Oversee the company's NetSuite implementation, maintaining data integrity, streamlining financial processes, and ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs, collaborating closely with the Finance team.

Possess deep expertise in Boomi to configure and maintain data integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Avalara (tax compliance), Concur (expense management), data warehouse, and other critical systems.

Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and functionality through automation, process optimization, and system integrations, considering the impact on both business operations and financial reporting.

Provide value-added input and alternatives, facilitating requirements definition whenever appropriate to ensure solutions meet current and future business needs.

Manage multiple projects/solutions for various business areas, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Manage internal/external resources as “virtual” project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication to achieve project goals.

Act as an active change agent within the organization, challenging the team and business to improve, innovate, and excel.

Work collaboratively with IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable system improvements.

Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and advancements in the CRM, ERP, data integration, tax/expense management software space, and financial systems.

Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation for onboarding new team members and ensuring knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business systems analyst or manager role.

Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and best practices.

Expertise in Boomi or a similar data integration platform.

Experience with Avalara, Concur, or similar tax compliance and expense management software a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot system issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments, including Finance.

Passion for golf a plus.
