Requirements for the position:
High School Diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, able to provide proof of 2 years of experience working with children paid or unpaid (biological children do NOT fulfill this requirement), the ability to obtain all clearances required successfully, complete trainings as assigned which includes new hire trainings, the ability to pass a physical and TB exam, be available to work the hours between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday with consistent work attendance (mandatory), willing to increase educational capabilities to at least a CDA level after 6 months of hire, and the ability to follow regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for early learners.
- Design engaging instructional materials to support student learning.
- Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom activities and student engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their learning journey.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and inclusive space for all students.
- Support individual student needs through tutoring, mentoring, and special education strategies.
- Plan and execute lessons that promote literacy education and academic development.
- Provide academic advising and support to students to help them reach their full potential.
- Contribute to the overall development and well-being of young children through early childhood education practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
