ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support in basic HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and regulations.
- Address and resolve employee queries and grievances promptly.
- Assist in the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Develop and maintain HR reports for the top management.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions.
- Ensure efficient office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on HR-related matters.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 year in a senior role within the IT or telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, reporting, & attendance management, etc.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,275.00 - $65,881.00 per year
