We’re looking for a professional, proactive, resourceful, highly organized Executive Assistant to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll be responsible for assisting a top-producing real estate agent with providing top notch service to their clients. These duties can include tasks such as purchasing gifts, preparing and implementing marketing campaigns, planning client parties, keeping the CRM up to date, errands, managing the agent’s calendar and scheduling appointments. Must have a service mindset, ability to problem solve, very detail oriented, ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, learn new platforms, and be a self-starter. Compensation:
$18 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
- Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
- Prepare marketing materials for campaigns

Prepare/send monthly and quarterly mailers

Manage social media platforms

Assist in planning and execution of client parties/events

Assist with client pop-by, anniversary, holiday and closing gifts

Transaction coordination

Database management

Calendar management
Qualifications:-
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- 2 or more years as an assistant, executive assistant, or in a position performing supportive duties
