Essential Duties and Responsibilities: List:
· Operates a forklift or other material handling device safely and correctly, to move materials to the proper location.
· Keeps accurate records of material locations.
· Uses inventory control tools (scanners, etc) to get information regarding material needs and necessary material movements.
· Labels and records weight as required by the packaging methods.
· Compares identifying information, and counts, weighs, or measures items on incoming or outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
· Stages, loads/unloads, and labels all shipments correctly.
· Handles LTL & FTL shipments scheduled to be received/shipped as required. Document and communicate discrepancies.
· Checks all containers for condition. Corrects and reports damaged packaging. · Participates in physical inventory count as assigned.
· Follows first in/first out procedure (FIFO).
· Other duties as assigned by supervision.
Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance Responsibilities
· Comply with, work to, and provide support for all Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Laboratory management systems, policies, procedures, work instructions for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO/TS16949, and ISO17025.
· Support compliance with all other applicable regulatory (such as OSHA) and company OH&S and EMS requirements.
· Comply with all ACP Company rules, policies, procedures and report any/ all hazards, incidences and accidents identified and/ or witnessed directly to the supervisor/manager, and Plant Safety department.
· Is aware of the significant impacts, associated aspects, and the legal requirements that are inherent with acquired duties, identified hazards, assessed risks, and implemented controls within his/her dept.
Required Skills/Licenses/Certificates:
Forklift Certification (can be acquired on the job)

Working with computer interface (Software, ERP, etc.) – IREN, data input
Working with computer hardware (PC, Tablet, etc.)
Operating Machinery - Bulk Loading
Driving Skills (forklift, truck, etc) - Forklift
Inventory Control – Scanning, Cycle Counting
Recordkeeping – Inventory, Recycle Materials, Cycle Counting
Work Environment:
This job function is performed in both a manufacturing and non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
· Some exposure to outside work will be required.
· The noise level ranges from quiet to moderately loud.
· Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
Experience, Education/Training and License:
· Warehouse experience a plus
· Forklift a plus
· High School diploma or equivalent preferred
