Medical Receptionist/ Sales Rep Position is open for our chiropractic facility in Colorado Springs, CO . This position is an important part of the successful operation and reputation of our facility. We believe in providing service to patients and referring offices in a spirit of servitude and excellence. Therefore, we are looking for an upbeat, outgoing individual with experience in customer service, computer skills, and a history in performing front desk operations for a medical office. All candidates should be self-motivated, well organized, and willing to work in a team-oriented environment. REQUIREMENTS:
Should have proven experience in working the front office, preferably in a diagnostic imaging facility.
Applicant will be expected to do some part time marketing for the chiropractic center. Must be willing to drive to a few offices weekly.
Should be proficient in medical billing with a good understanding of common medical terminology and codes.
Must be computer literate in medical office software and Microsoft Office.
Must be able to understand and meet the needs of the patients and referral offices.
Ensure the facility is maintained in an orderly and professional manner in both appearance and conduct.
Must be able to professionally interact with referral offices and patients.
Must possess the discipline to ensure that company policy is adhered at all times.
Must be able to maintain a position of trust and responsibility with the company,employees, patients and referral offices.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to properly interact with all facility staff and radiologists.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
