We are seeking a qualified Territory Sales Representative to assist with our company's growing needs. This is a sales/marketing position that will be responsible for evaluating customers' properties to advise customers on all things tree-related and to provide Sales Proposals on-site.
The TSR position will also work on various projects and advise the corporate office on things like sales & market trends, pricing, program development, etc.
Territory Sales Representative Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Travel to pre-set appointments within assigned territory and consult with new & existing, commercial & residential clients
- Efficiently assess client needs and present available solutions for the scope of work
- Provide clear, concise estimates to the clients and close the sale
- Set real, achievable expectations with the client (under-promise and over-deliver)
- Utilize the CRM and have a strong follow-up routine, which is critical to success
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with our operations team to ensure that the client receives the best service quality that can be provided
- Assist the marketing team through prospecting and communication - always be looking for opportunities to grow

We are looking for:
- ISA Certified Arborist preferred (certification or willingness to become certified)
- Experience in the tree service industry is preferred, but not required; Must be willing and able to effectively learn about the industry
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Must be computer literate and familiar with CRM utilization
- Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to efficiently & effectively build rapport
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Communication is critical, whether with the clients or other departments within the company
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be self-motivated, with personal and business growth being priorities
- Ability to maintain a positive, calm/personable attitude at all times
- Ability to prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities/tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
- 3+ years Customer Service-related experience (preferred)
- 2+ years data entry experience (preferred)
- Must be able to sit, stand, drive, or move for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work in both traditional and non-traditional office settings as well as outdoors
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check may be required
