This Position is responsible for assisting the Executive Director with all business-related activities at the community including coordinating new hire paperwork, administrative duties, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and communicating with Milestone Support Center on all appropriate matter.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists in the recruiting and new hire process as needed.
2.Assists with community invoicing and accounting.
3. Assists in orienting new residents.
4. Responsible for various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: filing, data entry, assisting employees,
residents, families, and visitors.
5. Assisting in data entry associated with HR/Payroll system.
6. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in an office environment required.
3. Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Yardi Voyager preferred.
4. Eligible to work in the United States.
5. Must clear state required background and fingerprinting as required for work in Senior Living.
