```Duties```
- Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques and tools
- Ensure that all products are baked, cooked, and presented in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the pastry department
- Assist with catering orders and special events as required
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a pastry or bakery setting is preferred
- Knowledge of pastry techniques, including cake decorating, baking, and dessert preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
