Anchor Chiropractic is seeking an individual for longevity to be part of our wonderful team and represent the front of the office. We are a mission-driven office that is centered around education on natural health principles and focused on loving people through their health challenges as they heal through specific and gentle chiropractic care. Knowledge of chiropractic is preferred and management/leadership experience is key as we are hiring for a Front Desk Administrator. The office is located in Las Vegas, NV.

DESCRIPTION OF IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must have an upbeat personality, warm/friendly demeanor and exceptional organizational skills. As a Front Dest Admin, you will be interacting with our practice members directly with scheduling, taking payments, handling tough conversations over the phone and in person.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be comfortable with from team - we are always striving to grow and improve
- Must have initiative to learn, to go above and beyond, and to work together as a team
- Be a quick learner - you will be required to learn/memorize office scripts and S&Ps within your training period
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette and in person interaction skills when with patients or colleagues
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked
- Have exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and switching back and forth between tasks to best serve our practice members and team
- Have a positive attitude daily in the office
- Must be 21+ and have your own transportation to and from work
- Must have knowledge and comfort with computers and technology - we are an electronic health office and use technology daily
- Willing to travel 1-2x a year for conferences
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
- Previous health care/chiropractic experience is not required (on-the-job training will be provided)
- Estimated hours/schedule: Monday 8:30am-7:00pm (with a one hour lunch); Tuesday 11:00am-7:00pm; Wednesday 8:30am-6:30pm (with a one hour lunch); Thursday 8:30am-7:00pm (with a one hour lunch); weekend availability 1-2x/month (with advanced notice)
