Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR functions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Monitor employee productivity levels
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Implement training programs to enhance employee performance and development
- Handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Monitor HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems such as OnPay, or ability to implement new software
- Familiarity with talent management, OSHA regulations, and program management
- Strong understanding of human capital management principles
