Lead Sales Model Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead by example to inspire and motivate sales team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Training and Development: Train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to optimize performance.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, and conducting regular inventory counts.
