Summary
As a Foam Specification Clerk, you will be an integral part of a team, utilizing your core skills in computer literacy, customer service, and organizational skills to efficiently manage foam specifications. Your premium skills in data entry and office management will be essential in maintaining accurate records and supporting daily operations. With relevant skills in Microsoft Office and project coordination, you will contribute to the seamless coordination of foam specifications and project tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- · Performs various manual and administrative duties necessary to cost specification sheets for orders.
- · Obtain spec tops from pattern management, sales team, or customer.
- · Key specs in computer.
- · Interpret and record customer specification into HSM spec sheet.
- · Send copy of spec to sales office for pricing.
- · Enter Customer and product information into database (Trello)
- · Ensure the correct specs for each pattern are accurate.
- · Evaluate first production runs.
- · Handle customer samples and quality issues related to samples.
- · Must have positive and professional presence.
- · MUST understand all foam production methodologies
Minimum Requirements:
- · Must have your High School diploma or GED
- · Must be able to communicate effectively.
- · Must have above average Computer Skills.
- · Must be able to do simple math (add, subtract, divide, and multiply)
- · Must be able to use measuring devices.
- · Must be able to read and understand spec sheets.
- · Must be able to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
