**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking after-hours intake calls, managing the intake process for new clients and cases, and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and entered into our systems accurately and efficiently.
THIS IS AN EVENING POSITION FROM 2PM-10PM. APPLICANTS MUST BE BILINGUAL, ABLE TO SPEAK AND WRITE IN ENGLISH & SPANISH.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sign up potential new clients over the phone
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls
- Opening new cases in a timely manner
- Data entry and processing
- Collect and verify client information, including contact details, case details, and any relevant documents
- Communicating with management about the facts of each potential case
- Sending and receiving intake documents
- Monthly reports to management regarding new cases
**Skills:**
- 3 years of Personal Injury Intake Experience is desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically
- Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NEEDLES software experience a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
