Advance Companies is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in the Duluth and outer regions.
Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and or estimating and has experience working with people at all levels.

A high level of verbal and written communication is required

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule construction and services for multiple projects.

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.

Prepare accurate project reports and progress updates.

Manage project budgets and timelines.

Ensure all safety protocols are being followed.

Manage and mentor project teams.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in general construction.

Strong communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Experience managing budgets and timelines.

Experience dealing with trades.
-
Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.

Hi level of integrity and honesty are required as this is a remote position with minimum supervision.
