We offer the total compensation package with a salary guarantee ($500K+) and a robust patient base, leading to full schedules and higher earning potential through our Doctor Incentive Program ($1M +). Within our practice, you are a leader, you can direct your team, schedule and treatment plans and focus on providing excellent care. Because we want you to focus on dentistry, we provide robust internal support: IT, marketing, staffing, scheduling, accounting, compliance, continuing education, patient financial services, reputation management and more.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to the team ensuring positive patient experiences
- Communicates with team members promoting an understanding of the patients’ needs
- Treat conditions, defects, injuries, and esthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face. Examine patients to determine the nature of the condition affecting the patient, utilizing x-rays, dental instruments and other diagnostic procedures
- Perform removal of diseased and impacted teeth
- Place implants used to replace missing teeth
- Administer anesthesia services
- Provide preventive dental services and education in oral and dental hygiene
Job Requirements
- Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
- Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
- Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner
